Oh, and these characters don't belong to me.  But I'm holding 
them hostage until FOX decides to actually promote their 
movie.

NOTES: Yes, it's another fic about THE pic from People 
magazine.  I just couldn't help myself.  But I skimmed the 
other stories, and I don't think anyone has written this exact 
scenario yet.

"Shit."

"Mulder, I told you that patching up those holes in your head 
with Super Glue was a bad idea."

"Yeah?  And whose bright idea was it to lean against said 
Super Glue?"

"That wasn't intentional.  I was just trying to...and I 
accidentally...  Oh, never mind."

"No, really, Scully.  I think you should come up with a good 
explanation for this, because the paramedics will want to know 
how this happened."

"Well, you were trying to--"

"No, I mean the part about how you got stuck to me."

"I've been stuck to for years."

"I think the cliche is 'joined at the hip,' not 'joined at the 
forehead.'"

"I can't believe you didn't turn that into an innuendo.  You 
must be slipping, Mulder."

"Not at the moment, but that wouldn't be a bad idea.  Got any 
Vaseline?"

"That won't help.  And before you suggest it, ripping apart 
from each other would remove a layer of epidermis and could 
potentially be quite painful."

"So, we wait?"

"We wait.  Actually, could you wait a little closer?  Standing 
on this fence rail isn't as comfortable as it may look."

"Why don't you just stand on the ground?"

"Um, Mulder--foreheads?  Unless you also want a serious kink 
in your neck--"

"Oh, sounds kinky.  See that?  Not slipping."

*Sigh.*  "Do you hear sirens yet?  Why don't I hear sirens?  
They should be here by now."

"I suppose they have more pressing concerns."

"Mulder."

"Someone else who found themselves in a sticky situation."

"You can stop anytime now."

"Stopping."  Pause.  "Scully?"

"Yes?"

"There's no one I'd rather be stuck with than you."
